These are the typical listings in Central Texas, where we handle all of the marketing, guide you in negotiations, assisting you through closing.
We charge 6% commission based on the sale of the home if there is another buyer's agent involved, or 4% if there is not.

FEE BASED SERVICES
These are listings in which you can pick and choose what you want us to do. You create your own listing starting from as low as $299!You feel you can handle the negotiations and such yourself, but want to be on the MLS? Then this is your choice. Want flyers from us and a sign? No problem. Want to do everything yourself but have someone to help with contract negotiations? Here you go! This is the Ultimate Package for the Do-it-Yourselfer.
